Azerbaijan, Djibouti sign MoU on political consultations
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and Ministry for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Djibouti have today signed a Memorandum of Understanding on political consultations.
The document was signed by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov and Djibouti's Minister for Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Mahmoud Ali Youssouf.
Prior to the signing ceremony, Elmar Mammadyarov and Mahmoud Ali Youssouf had a meeting.
